Welcome to Aerospace Manufacturing
Founded in 1986, Aerospace Manufacturing – known as AMI – is a AS9100 and ISO:9001 accredited, Phillips Screw licensee manufacturer that produces a diversified product line of High Strength, Close Tolerance Aerospace Fasteners for world-class OEM leaders including, but not limited to Sikorsky, NAVICP, NASA and Lockheed Martin.
Our product line includes standards such as AN, MIL, MS, NA, NAS, as well as custom specials made to print. We use domestic and/or DFARS materials including Titanium, Inconel, Waspaloy, A-286, MP35N, as well as Alloy Steel (4140, 4340, 8740), H-11, 17-4PH, PH13-8Mo, Stainless 300 and 400 Series, and Monel 400 and 500 Series.
Our Custom Manufacturing Processes
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as well as our flexibility allows Aerospace Manufacturing to produce everything from large contracts and blanket orders to small specialty orders as low as a few pieces. With a 27,000 square foot manufacturing facility and a 6,000 square foot electro-plating facility, we have developed custom manufacturing processes to create the highest quality aerospace fasteners for both standard and custom fasteners.
Our World Class Teams
Aerospace Manufacturing was founded in 1986 following increased needs by large OEM Aerospace and Defense contractors who required quality parts with critical delivery. Our management team is comprised of experienced individuals of various backgrounds including aerospace engineering. This team is knowledgeable on EPA regulatory and compliance requirements.
Thanks to our team of world-class technicians, we are able to build the most challenging of fasteners. AMI always meets any customized and specialized requirements while ensuring quality and exceeding customer expectations.
